



| Seven Layer Salad Makes: 12 servings, 1 cup each 1 bag (16 oz.) salad greens 1 cup thinly sliced celery 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1 pkg. (12 oz bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed 3/4 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese PLACE greens in large glass bowl. Layer celery, green pepper, onions, bacon and peas over greens. SPREAD mayo evenly over peas, covering the top completely and sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with cheese. COVER and refrigerate 2 to 12 hours to blend flavors. Toss before serving, if desired. Kraft Kitchens Tips Jazz It Up Add a layer of sliced hard-cooked eggs; cooked cleaned fresh shrimp or frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and drained; or thinly sliced imitation crabmeat. Jazz It Up Reserve 1 bacon slice for garnish; cook until crisp. Crumble over salad just before serving.
